Are the generated letters legally compliant?
Yes. ZeugnisPilot follows Art. 330a CO with the five-point rating scale and an integrated compliance check. The generated text serves as a draft and is reviewed and signed off by a qualified person before issuance.
What happens to my employee data?
Personal data is processed solely to create the letter and is not stored permanently. Only a non-reversible SHA-256 hash is persisted for later QR verification. Hosting in the europe-west6 region (Zurich).
Do I need the bexio payroll module?
No. With the payroll module ZeugnisPilot fills more fields automatically (start date, role, employment level). Without payroll we use bexio contacts — the key fields are still pre-filled correctly.
Which languages are supported?
Currently Swiss High German (DE-CH) in full. French (FR), Italian (IT) and English (EN) follow with the Pro plan and are produced by a qualified Swiss legal translator — not machine-translated.
Can I customise the layout?
On the Pro plan, companies can upload their own logo and letterhead. They appear automatically in the letterhead of every generated PDF.
