What you see in 5 steps

1 — Choose standard

Classic or Kompass. Kompass is the new Swiss editorial standard with controlled verbal scale — recommended for modern HR processes.

2 — Capture employee

If you use bexio: one click and role, workload, hiring date, leaving date are in. Otherwise manual input — equally fast.

3 — Enter assessment

Grade 1–5, tone sliders (formality, length, goodwill, detail), task and strength keywords. AI suggestions at the press of a button.

4 — Generate + compliance check

In 8–15 s the draft is ready. AI immediately checks against CO 330a, secret codes, form, discrimination and flags critical passages with severity.

5 — Editor + PDF

Final polish in the editor with live preview. Download as PDF with QR code, doc ID and content fingerprint for verification.

What can I test in the demo?

The full functionality — from employee capture through generation and compliance check to PDF download. In demo mode with sample data or with your real input.

Do I need a bexio account for the demo?

No. You can run through the generator completely without bexio. You enter employee data manually. If you have a bexio account, you additionally see how the OAuth integration works.

Are demo PDFs stored?

Only the verification metadata (doc ID + content fingerprint). We do not store the full text on the server — it stays in your browser until you download the PDF.

How long does a demo run take?

With the sample data 5–8 minutes. With your own data 12–18 minutes — about as it later looks in real use.
