Tasks and responsibility

In her role as Senior Project Manager, Ms Muster was responsible for steering strategically relevant initiatives across multiple business units, the methodological further development of the PMO, the management of external service providers, stakeholder management up to executive management level, and the professional leadership of several project leaders.
