Frequently asked questions about price and plan

What does ZeugnisPilot cost for private individuals?
For private individuals ZeugnisPilot is free: you can upload your own work references, request verifications and manage them in the private area — without payment method, without limit, without minimum term. The prices on this page apply exclusively to company accounts that issue references themselves.
How does pay-as-you-go work for Starter and Professional?
You pay the base fee of your plan per month (Starter CHF 29.– / Professional CHF 49.–). In Starter, 10 work references are included, in Professional 20. Each additional reference costs CHF 5.– (up to reference #100 per month), from the 101st reference only CHF 4.– (volume discount). Usage is shown transparently in the admin area; as soon as the open overage debt reaches CHF 25.–, the stored card is automatically charged — or you trigger the settlement manually at any time.
When is the single-reference plan worthwhile?
If you only very rarely create a reference (1–2 per quarter), with the single-reference plan without a monthly subscription you only pay CHF 5.– per actually created reference. From six references per month Starter is cheaper; from ten references per month Professional is cheaper. You can switch the plan at any time.
Is ZeugnisPilot allowed to bill for usage?
Yes. By choosing Starter or Professional you accept usage-based consumption billing per T&C §6 (pay-as-you-go). The base fee is due at the beginning of the period, the excess volume ("overage") is billed continuously — either when reaching the auto-charge threshold (CHF 25.–) or at the end of the month at the latest. You receive all receipts as PDF in the admin area; a complete UID-compliant Swiss B2B invoice is issued on request.
Who can deposit the card, and does it apply to all employees?
The credit card is deposited at company level — all invited employees (members) of your company use it automatically. Only company admins can add, replace or remove the card. The card is securely stored at Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1); ZeugnisPilot never sees the full card number.
Am I bound to a plan?
No. Starter and Professional are monthly cancellable to month-end. There is no minimum term and no setup fee. Plan switching between Starter and Professional is possible at any time with one click; the change applies from the next billing month.
Is the price in CHF incl. VAT?
The prices shown are exclusive of statutory VAT. B2B customers with a valid UID number receive a compliant invoice in Swiss format.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is offered individually based on number of users, integration scope (SSO, API, custom templates) and SLA requirements. Write to us briefly what you need — we come back with a concrete proposal.
Is the use DPA and GDPR compliant?
Yes. ZeugnisPilot is hosted in the Zurich region, Anthropic processes texts as a sub-processor in the EU. We conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) with Pro and Enterprise customers. Details: data protection page.
What if the compliance check delivers a finding but I deliberately want to keep it?
You can accept, reject or override every finding individually with reasoning. The four-eyes review records this decision in the audit trail.
