Why a partnership?

A work reference shapes careers. It is the only document a person passes on to the next employment — and it is often produced on the busiest day of the HR year, with the least preparation effort. The result is mediocre texts that serve no one: not the issuing company, not the next employer and certainly not the affected person.

We are building ZeugnisPilot to change this default case. But we cannot do it alone. We need partners who share this aspiration — not because they want a commission, but because they think it is right that assessments are written cleanly, fairly and traceably.

Personnel master data is at your place anyway — usually in bexio. With the integration, work references become a natural extension of your client business. Value-added service instead of task list.

Lawyers

You advise on CO art. 330a, examine references before correction claims, write model texts. ZeugnisPilot is the tool that often spares your clients the dispute even before escalation — because plain text is preferred over ambiguous code language.

Fairness before efficiency

A fair reference costs a few minutes more than a standard text. These minutes are the most important of the employment — they decide with which image someone leaves the company and with which trust the next employer reads. We do not optimise away what care requires.

Plain text instead of code

We believe that classic code language was a wrong development — understandable for a small professional group, opaque for the affected person. We rely on the Kompass Standard: every statement as it is meant.

People before process

Software should serve people, not the other way around. If the wizard is in the way, we change the wizard — not the expectation that users must adapt.

How getting to know each other goes

1. Enquiry

You write to us briefly: who you are, which partnership model interests you, and how you envision cooperation. Three sentences suffice — no form, no bureaucracy tunnel.

2. Getting to know

Within a week we get back to you for a 30-minute video call. We check the fit on both sides — we want partners who fit our values, not as many as possible.

3. Onboarding

On agreement: contract, training of your team, provision of your referral link and marketing material. Within two weeks you are ready to go.

4. Companionship

Quarterly partner calls for updates, feedback, shared topics. With Solution and Strategic partners additionally a monthly 1:1.

Frequently asked questions

What does the partnership cost?
Nothing. Referral and solution partners pay no fee; with strategic partners the compensation is agreed individually. We earn with partners, not from them.
Do we have to work exclusively with ZeugnisPilot?
No. We do not require exclusivity. We assume that you recommend the tool when it fits the mandate — and another one when another fits better. Trust instead of a gag contract.
How quickly can we settle commissions?
Quarterly by invoice. Commissions are calculated on all subscriptions that your referral link generates in the first 12 (Affiliate) or 24 months (Solution). Transparent settlement with itemised breakdown per client.
Do we get access to our referred accounts?
With explicit consent of the customer: yes, as a Solution partner. We do not share data without consent — not even with you. Data protection matters more to us than convenience.
Can we whitelabel ZeugnisPilot in our brand?
Possible at strategic partner level. Condition is a minimum number of licences and a documented branding concept that keeps the methodological principles (plain text, CO 330a conformity, QR validation) visible.
What if our values do not match 100%?
Then it doesn't fit — and that's okay. We are a small, owner-run company and have to focus our energy on partners with whom collaboration brings joy. Being able to evaluate you honestly is part of that.
