Why a partnership?
A work reference shapes careers. It is the only document a person passes on to the next employment — and it is often produced on the busiest day of the HR year, with the least preparation effort. The result is mediocre texts that serve no one: not the issuing company, not the next employer and certainly not the affected person.
We are building ZeugnisPilot to change this default case. But we cannot do it alone. We need partners who share this aspiration — not because they want a commission, but because they think it is right that assessments are written cleanly, fairly and traceably.

HR consultancies
You support SMEs and mid-market in HR professionalisation — and see daily how much time is lost on mediocre references. With ZeugnisPilot you offer your clients a tool that is professionally convincing and that you yourself like to recommend.
Trustees
Personnel master data is at your place anyway — usually in bexio. With the integration, work references become a natural extension of your client business. Value-added service instead of task list.
Lawyers
You advise on CO art. 330a, examine references before correction claims, write model texts. ZeugnisPilot is the tool that often spares your clients the dispute even before escalation — because plain text is preferred over ambiguous code language.
Coaches and HR trainers
You train HR teams in fair assessment, non-violent language, four-eyes processes. ZeugnisPilot puts your method into software — your training becomes more concrete, your impact more sustainable.

What counts for us as a partner
Fairness before efficiency
A fair reference costs a few minutes more than a standard text. These minutes are the most important of the employment — they decide with which image someone leaves the company and with which trust the next employer reads. We do not optimise away what care requires.
Plain text instead of code
We believe that classic code language was a wrong development — understandable for a small professional group, opaque for the affected person. We rely on the Kompass Standard: every statement as it is meant.
People before process
Software should serve people, not the other way around. If the wizard is in the way, we change the wizard — not the expectation that users must adapt.
How getting to know each other goes
1. Enquiry
You write to us briefly: who you are, which partnership model interests you, and how you envision cooperation. Three sentences suffice — no form, no bureaucracy tunnel.
2. Getting to know
Within a week we get back to you for a 30-minute video call. We check the fit on both sides — we want partners who fit our values, not as many as possible.
3. Onboarding
On agreement: contract, training of your team, provision of your referral link and marketing material. Within two weeks you are ready to go.
4. Companionship
Quarterly partner calls for updates, feedback, shared topics. With Solution and Strategic partners additionally a monthly 1:1.
